Sam is 100% unprofessional. Showed up to do the job. Did half the job due to issues coming up. I paid him for half the job. He left the exterior a complete mess. He was doing chimney repair and dropped cement onto my BRAND NEW interlocking, left a disaster of broken brick pieces all over and a bag of garbage in my driveway. When I called him he became a smart ass and offered to buy me a broom so I can clean it. He then hung up, blocked me and canceled the job. He owes me money. Would not recommend.

Be careful of Sam's work. After just one year the parging to my home and the 45 degree run-off that he built has deteriorated and broken. He refuses to come and fix the issue. I have been asking since September of 2012 and it is now June 2013. He did the original work in September 2011. I had to hire another contractor to do the job correctly and Sam refuses to provide a refund. Buyer beware.
